Meet Our Chef's

Chef Christopher Fitzpatrick is the Executive Chef and owner of The Savory Plate, LLC. He graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors in Culinary Skills at The Art Institute of Atlanta International School of Culinary Arts. Christopher developed his skills and passion for cooking while living in Europe and traveling throughout Asia, Africa, the Caribbean and in the United States. His cooking style and cuisine are influenced by the embrace of culture, ingredients and spices. He has over 20 years of experience working with conference center executives in planning and managing Food & Beverage banqueting for a host of corporate clients. He incorporates these experiences and expertise in conference and event planning, design, and management into every project. Christopher is responsible for menu planning, business development and marketing.

Chef Charles Bibai is the Executive Chef and owner of A&G Catering, LLC located in Marietta, Georgia. His mission of sharing cultures through the creation of incredible food is the foundation for A&G Catering. Charles had an extensive international culinary training in Tunisia, France and the United States. His culinary experience includes 20+ years cooking as a professional chef, working with renowned chefs in the U.S. and abroad. His diverse cultural experiences inspire the creation of unique flavors and a distinct style for all cuisines. He is a visionary knowing the importance of the preparation and presentation of delicious, satisfying, quality food; all while providing excellent service. Charles is responsible for menu planning, facilities management and operations.
